When Weston Trawick was formed, Tallahassee electrical contractors probably didn’t notice. However, the new electrical services company formed by Bernie R. Weston on October 16, 1983, was destined for success. The company was incorporated as Weston Electric, Inc. and specialized in upscale residential wiring. After 5 years of business, and gaining a reputation as a solid and dependable company, Bernie decided to change the nature of the business to include commercial electrical contracting. This change brought a new company direction, a new company mission and the addition of Curt Trawick as a partner.
The company was also renamed Weston Trawick, Inc., and combining their talents, Bernie Weston and Curt Trawick built one of North Florida’s most respected electrical contracting firms. In an effort to further provide a more complete service for their customers they widened their commitment into data / communications and fire alarm systems over the next few years.
Bernie R. Weston retired from Weston Trawick, Inc. on August 3, 2004.
Today, Weston Trawick, Inc. has a state of the art 24-hour service division and offers service level agreements to a variety of residential and commercial maintenance customers. Weston Trawick is a solidly established company and is respected throughout North Florida and South Georgia.
